Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. This fully remote role requires an expert in WordPress capable of building fully custom websites from the ground up beyond simply editing templates. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate creative concepts int

Responsibilities:
- Build fully custom WordPress websites from scratch, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
- Develop websites using Elementor and other WordPress page-building tools.
- Convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites while maintaining design accuracy.
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of layouts, typography, and color schemes with strong attention to detail.
- Implement responsive, mobile-first designs for optimal user experience across devices.
- Apply SEO best practices and optimize site performance for speed and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance website security, perform backups, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Integrate third-party APls and plugins to extend website functionality.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of custom websites.
- Advanced proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to convert Figma or other design files into responsive WordPress sites.
- Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory, and UX/Ul).
- Experience in SEO optimization, performance tuning, and analytics setup.
- Familiarity with security protocols, troubleshooting, and backup solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce website development.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
