Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cyber Security Specialist located in Lekki. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and managing security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and data. The specialist will monitor systems for security breaches, investigate violations, develop security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with security standards. Collaboration with IT teams to enhance data protection and respond to security incidents will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Cyber awareness
- Network Security and Application Security skills
- Experience in developing and implementing security policies
- Ability to conduct vulnerability assessments and risk management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
