Job Summary
Alpha Global is hiring a skilled Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and scale robust web applications for international clients. You’ll be responsible for both frontend and backend development, collaborating with Ul/UX designers and product teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. Ideal for professionals with 3-6+ years of experience in full-stack development, C/CD, and remote team delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Django, or Java-based stacks
- Build and maintain RESTful APls and backend microservices
- Translate Ul/UX designs into responsive, functional frontend code
- Integrate APis, data stores, and third-party services
- Optimise applications for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issuesMaintain clean documentation and participate in code reviews
- Automate testing and deployments using CI/CD pipelines
- Architect scalable full-stack systems and cloud-native applications
- Lead technical decision-making and coding standards across the stack
- Mentor junior developers and promote full-stack best practices
- Integrate DevOps tools, containers, and automated deployment pipelines
- Guide backend design with Redis, GraphQL, and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Champion secure coding, modularity, and testing automation
- Own delivery timelines and cross-functional coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong portfolio of deployed full-stack applications
- Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript,
- HTML5, CSS3
- Backend: Node.js (Express), Django, Spring Boot, Java, Python
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
- Others: RESTful APls, GraphQL, Redis, Nginx
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Excellent communication across distributed teams
- Proactive and self-driven mindset
- Adaptability to evolving tech stacks
Certifications (Preferred):
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with microservices and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)
- Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Exposure to test automation frameworks
