Job Summary
This role is a hybrid of administrative support and educational facilitation, serving as the bridge among educators, students, and curriculum content, and preparing students for career readiness.

Responsibilities
- Host and moderate live virtual sessions (Zoom/Teams), facilitating group discussions and ensuring student engagement.
- Track attendance, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare, organize, and upload learning resources and materials to the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in curriculum adjustments and lesson plan preparation.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and tests based on provided answer keys.
Requirements
- The minimum of HND/B.Sc in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a virtual assistant or related role, and facilitation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), LMS systems (Canvas, Moodle, etc.), and Google Workspace/MS Office.
