Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to support informed business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyse data to produce accurate and actionable insights to support managers.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets; assist in developing analytical tools (Excel/SQL/Power BI).
- Create regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs; prepare presentation slides for review.
- Support cross-functional teams by gathering data and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify trends and issues, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing solutions.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports, to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data quality and integrity.
- Proactively solicit feedback to refine analytical approaches and optimise the relevance and effectiveness of insights.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst or related role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, and visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage.
