Job Summary
The Full Stack Al Developer is a high-ownership engineering role responsible for building and shipping software products from zero to first paying customer.
This is a execution-heavy role focused on speed, product delivery, and leveraging Al tools to accelerate software development.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Product Development & Execution:
- Build and ship full-stack software products end-to-end.
- Take ownership of product development from idea to first paying customer.
- Prioritize speed of execution and functional reliability over perfection.
- Develop simple but scalable architectures for early-stage products.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead bi-weekly technical meetings.
- Review system architecture, code structure, and design trade-offs.
- Act as a technical advisor to the Founder on product engineering decisions.
- Challenge implementation approaches and propose better technical alternatives where necessary.
Al Tooling & Productivity Optimization:
- Identify, test, and deploy Al tools to improve development speed and quality.
- Continuously experiment with new Al-assisted development workflows.
- Improve team productivity through automation and Al integration.
Product & Business Alignment:
- Align technical decisions with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Focus on building features that directly contribute to user acquisition and monetization.
- Maintain a strong bias toward launching and iterating quickly based on user feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience as a technical founder or early-stage engineer in a high-growth startup.
- Strong bias for execution and shipping products quickly.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.
- Strong understanding of full-stack systems and product architecture.
- Ability to balance technical decisions with business impact.
- Confident in challenging assumptions and improving system design.
- Ability to ship production-ready software quickly.
- Successful launch of products that acquire paying customers.
- Effective use of Al tools to improve development speed.
- Strong alignment between technical execution and business outcomes.
- Fully remote with mandatory daily check-ins.
- High ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Strong focus on speed, iteration, and execution.
- Willingness to work outside traditional 9-5 structures, including weekends where necessary.
- Culture of urgency and outcome-driven delivery.

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 – 600,000 Monthly
