Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, automation, and optimization of modern infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable production environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure, container orchestration, networking, automation, monitoring, and security best practices.
This role requires strong ownership of platform reliability, deployment efficiency, operational excellence, and infrastructure scalability across all environments while driving DevOps best practices within the engineering team.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Own and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across services and environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (laC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications using Docker.
- Manage container networking, scaling, storage, and security.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or similar tools.
- Drive system reliability, uptime, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
- Manage networking, DNS, load balancing, reverse proxies, SSL/TLS, and API gateways.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices and secure infrastructure standards.
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and failover systems.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and IT teams to improve deployment standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce DevOps engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu, CentOS, AlmaLinux, RHEL).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines or GitLab CI.
- Strong scripting skills using Bash and Python.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki, or similar observability tools.
- Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and reverse proxies.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience managing NGINX and API gateways.
- Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with virtualization tools such as VMware or Proxmox.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
Nice To Have:
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with Consul, Istio, or Linkerd.
- Exposure to Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Knowledge of SRE practices and compliance standards such as ISO27001 or PCI-DSS.
- Experience in high-availability and failover architecture.
